How do I install the StatX app on my phone?

You can install the free StatX app on your iPhone or Android phone from their respective app stores. Search for StatX on Apple App Store or Google Play Store and click install.

You can also get easy download link sent to your mobile by entering your phone number on the StatX download page.

How do I uninstall the StatX app from my phone?
iPhone
To uninstall the StatX app from your iPhone:
  1. Press and hold the app icon
  2. Tap the x that appears
  3. To confirm, tap Delete
To reinstall the StatX iOS app, download it again from the iTunes App Store.
Android
To uninstall the StatX app from your Android phone:
  1. Press and hold the app icon
  2. Drag app icon to the Uninstall that appears
  3. To confirm, tap OK
To reinstall the StatX Android app, download it again from the Google Play Store.

Is StatX app available for Android? Which phones?

Yes, StatX app is available on Google Store here. StatX runs on most Android phone running Android 4.1 or higher (Jelly Bean, Kitkat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, Nougat).

How do I find the latest version of the StatX app and upgrade?

You can find the latest versions of StatX apps by going to the StatX Download App page or visiting visiting your phone’s app store ( iTunes App StoreGoogle Play Store). From here, you can see what’s new with the app and install the latest version.

I’m having trouble installing the latest version of the StatX Android app.
If you’re having trouble installing the latest version of the StatX Android app, try these troubleshooting tips:
  • Check to see how much space is available on your phone or tablet:
    1. Open your Android’s settings.
    2. Open your storage settings.

    If you have less than 100MB available, you can uninstall apps to clear up space, then retry the download.

  • Cancel and restart the download.
  • Review Google’s tips for troubleshooting download issues.
  • Uninstall your StatX app, restart your phone and then re-install the StatX app from the Google Play Store.
How do I adjust my mobile push notifications for StatX Android app?
Mobile push notifications are updates that appear when you’re not actively using StatX app. You can adjust these notifications at the group or stat level from the StatX app setting (get notifications only for some groups and/or stats) or at the app level  (turn all StatX notifications ON or OFF) from your Android settings:

 

To adjust your mobile push notifications at the group level in your StatX settings:
  1. From the StatX Group screen tap the three vertical dots at top right corner and select Notifications.
  2. Tap next to Sending Notifications or Receiving Notifications to turn push notifications on or off.
To adjust your mobile push notifications at the stat level in your StatX settings:
  1. From the Stat detail screen tap Notifications to access the Stat Notifications screen
  2. Tap next to Sending Notifications or Receiving Notifications to turn push notifications on or off. For some stats you can also tap to adjust when you’re notified (all, only at threshold points, after percentage change).
To adjust your mobile push notifications at the app level on your Android device (OS 6.0+):
  1. Go to your device settings.
  2. Tap Settings > Notifications OR Applications > Application manager > StatX > Notifications.
  3. Turn on or off notifications from StatX or select “Show silently” for notifications without sound or vibration.
I’m having trouble with the StatX for Android app.
First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the StatX Android app.

To update your app:

  1. You can find the latest versions of StatX apps by going to Google Play Store
  2. If there’s a newer version of the StatX app you don’t have yet, it’ll be listed there for you to download

StatX iOS App

Is StatX app available for iOS? Which phones?

Yes, StatX app is available on Apple App Store here. StatX runs on most iPhones running iOS 8.4 or higher (iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 plus).

StatX QuickBooks Connector

What is StatX? How does it work with QuickBooks Online?

StatX is a state-of-the-art mobile dashboard with push notifications that seamlessly connects to your QBO account so you always have your current cash, A/R, A/P etc. from your QBO account in your hand.

How do I connect my QuickBooks Online account from StatX app?

Follow steps below on your phone to connect QBO to StatX in minutes:

  1. Download and install StatX app; tap”Apps” and select QuickBooks Online
  2. Tap “QB Connect” button
  3. Complete QBO sign-in (enter 6-digit verification code) and Authorize Access
  4. Select Company/Client – you can connect multiple clients in QBO to StatX.
  5. Choose connector (e.g. “Cashflow Report”, “Profit & Loss”)
  6. Configure connector (Client, Group Name, Report Period)
  7. Go back to “Groups” and a new group with your chosen name will populate with your data from QBO. This group will show a filled green cloud icon to indicate that it is connected and auto-updated.
  8. Start getting automated updates from QBO on mobile!
  9. Share with team and client by inviting them to group
  10. Everyone in the group will now get automated QBO updates and push notifications on change.

How do I disconnect my QuickBooks Online account from StatX app?

Steps to disconnect your QBO account from StatX:

  1. Open StatX app and click on “Apps” tab.
  2. Locate and click on QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click on “Revoke Access”.

StatX app will no longer have access to any of your QBO data. To reconnect, click on “Re-authorize”.

Note: You can also temporarily disable Connector by tapping “ENABLED” and turning the Connector off. To enable turn Connector to on again.

Yes you can. While configuring select “Add Connector” and select “Client” to create a dashboard for any client. Select “Add Connector” and a different “Client” for the next dashboard.

Can I customize my QBO dashboard to have just the fields I want?

You can pick which QBO fields you want in your dashboards you want by choosing from the available QBO connectors:

  • Executive Dashboard (Cash, P&L, AP/AR, Sales etc.)
  • Profit & Loss Report (Income, COGSs, Gross Profit, Expenses, Net Income etc.)
  • Cashflow Report (current cash, starting cash, change in cash)
  • A/R Report (aging, customers etc.)
  • A/P Report (aging, vendors etc.)
  • A/P Checklist (vendors, checklist)
  • GL Account Balances (Bank Balances, Credit Card balances, petty cash etc.)

You can further customize any of these dashboards during configuration of your connector.

StatX Xero Connector

What do I get by connecting my Xero account with StatX mobile app?

You get the most relevant data from Xero in a customizable mobile dashboard on StatX app so you always have the current cash, A/R, A/P etc. in your hand.

You can customize the dashboard and notifications, see changes and historical trends, and share with a group.

How do I connect my Xero account from StatX app?

Steps to launch StatX app and connect to Xero:

  1. Download and install StatX app; tap”Apps” and select Xero
  2. Tap “Connect to Xero” button
  3. Enter your Xero account sign-in
  4. Allow Access
  5. Add connector (e.g. “Executive Dashboard”)
  6. Configure connector (Connector Name, Client, Group Name, Revenue Items, Cash Items, AR/AP, Sales Breakdown by Country/Product, Report Period)
  7. Select Items
  8. Save & select “Go to Groups” and a new group with your chosen name will populate with your data from Xero. This group will show a filled green cloud icon to indicate that it is connected and auto-updated.
  9. Start getting automated updates from Xero on mobile!
  10. Share with team and client by inviting them to group

Everyone in the group will now get automated Xero updates and push notifications on change.

You can customize your dashboard during configuration of your connector by selecting:

  • Client
  • Group Name (Name of dashboard)
  • Revenue Items (Total Revenue, Total Cost of Sales, Gross Profit etc.)
  • Cash Items (Cash at end of period, Cash at beginning of period, Net cash increase for period)
  • A/R, A/P
  • Sales Breakdown (Country, Product Lines)
  • Cash Basis (Yes, No)
  • Filter by Tracking Category
  • Report Period (Today, Last Week, Last Month, Last Fiscal Year etc.)
  • Rounding Unit (As is, Thousands, Millions etc.)
Can I filter by tracking criteria?

Yes you can. Just “Add Connector” and select “Filter by Tracking Category 1” and “Filter by Tracking Category 2” during configuration.
